I had a windshield crack that spanned ~12 inches, so I came here to get it replaced based on the reviews. Adam was upfront – it’ll be 3 weeks until replacement, which was fine with me. He was very nice – I was running late picking up the car, and he let me pick it up later. There was a rattling sound that neither I or the mechanic could figure out, and I brought it to Adam, who figured it out quickly (the source was not the windshield at all).
